We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks of our partners. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development, sales and  support, we’d like to meet you.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

Responsibilities

Managing a set of mixed Audience (mentees) for a coaching program

Assisting in Communication with the Audience through Clients on whatsapp groups,

emails, facebook, messenger and instagram.

Collaborating with Team to get the best possible ways to support the client

Scheduling Reminder Notifications

Scheduling Meetings for Clients

Email Automations

Whatsapp Broadcasts

Co-Hosting the Zoom meetings with the Client

Live Broadcasting the Recorded Sessions

Sales Calls

Delivering on time

Requirements

You should have minimum 2+ Years of Experience in the relevent field.

Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi (Optional Language) and Regional Language).

Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google

Should have a laptop, smartphone and an internet connection

Work timings - Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (6 hours productivity/day - Flexible Timings)

Work may demand on Sundays but the compensation offs can be taken during the weekdays

DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:

Have less than 1 year of experience in the online consulting industry

Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom ONLY

Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed

Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your skills

Can’t take criticism or feedback

Note : We offer competitive compensation with variable pay based on performance. This job has an opportunity to yield over 20-25k/Month on-track if KPI's met.
